Rachit Ghate is the founder of The Robust Mind, an energy and perspective transformation platform that equips individuals with tools to break free from limitations and create extraordinary new possibilities. Launched in December 2020, The Robust Mind has since expanded to include the "Coach the Coaches" vertical, where aspiring coaches receive the training they need to excel in their coaching careers.
Before venturing into coaching, Rachit Ghate founded Career Fort in 2009, a premier education institution that has impacted more than 10,000 lives through innovative programs. His passion for personal and professional development also led to the publication of his first book, Bring 'em on.
Holding an LLB, MBA, and a Diploma in Investment Banking, Rachit Ghate brings a diverse educational background and extensive experience to his coaching practice, enabling him to guide others toward success.
